The approaches I use
I work with you to draw from and explore a variety of approaches that most resonate with you.
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
DBT is an evidence-based therapy method that can help you learn and use skills so that you can build and sustain a life you feel is worth living here.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT is an evidence-based therapy method that can help you manage and change your thoughts and behaviours. Learn more about CBT here.
Mindfulness-based
Mindfulness-based means promoting mindfulness practice as an important part of wellness and health. Learn more about mindfulness-based therapy practice here.

Payment options
Until psychotherapy is universally covered by our public health system (I am hopeful that it one day will and I will continue advocating for this), I do have to charge a fee for services. My services are covered by many health insurance providers.

Cost of services:
$125 for a 60 minute session

As I truly believe that every human has a right to heal, I am open to providing service at a reduced rate as long as I have the capacity to do so. Please reach out to discuss.

I accept payment via Interac e-transfer. Payments are made after our session.
